This top did not fit BUT the customer service was excellent. They stayed in communication and went through all they could to try to resolve the issue. When no replacement could be arranged they were timely in arranging the return and issuing a refund. I've given 4 stars instead of 5 because it did not fit my vehicle - otherwise it looked great.
