The item fits pretty well, but I did have to redrill three of the holes to get it to line up, which is fairly common with aftermarket parts. Given the cost savings over the OEM part, not a big deal. Everything else lines up and it is doing the job well, also adding needed rigidity to the front bumper assembly (I bought the car with this piece missing and it wobbled a bit). I was concerned that the polypropylene aftermarket part would not stiffen it up enough, but it did.
