I contacted the seller, (through ebay) who offered me some options. I liked the idea of getting replacement caps and $10 off. We were both happy. In the meantime, ebay contacted me to say the seller hadn't responded and they were refunding my money. What?! Of course, the seller had responded. It was all working out great until ebay interfered. Pity.
