Item was very well described, however upon close inspection mounting bracket to plastic deflector was scratched to show it had been prior assembled/used. A drop of liquid polish ? was on the plastic deflector and the propeller did not turn freely as well. The item was padded well, but the shipping box was insufficient for transit - crushed on one end. The seller offered more than one option and communicated very rapidly with several emails. Overall the solution was satisfactory
