The starter I received was defective so I needed to return it. Returning and getting a refund was straight forward. The only thing I found a little odd was needing to submit a pic of the item. It looks just like the EBAY pic. Not having a Smart phone this was a little problematic. I had to get my wife to do it so I could download a pic to the return request. Other than that the seller was perfect despite that I received a defective starter.
