Quick delivery to my house. Installation was relatively easy and the kit was complete. All parts were included that were necessary. Hitch did receive some shipping damage and several places had paint rubbed off but it didn't bother me since it will live it's life under the car and I will seldom see it. I am fortunate that I am slightly more than a shade tree mechanic in that I had some specialty tools that made the install go easier, in particular an exhaust hanger removal tool.
