Shipping was incredibly fast and this seller is very responsive to inquiries. They quickly responded to an issue I thought I was having during the install and managed to help me solve it very quickly. The product quality looks very high end and it looks amazing on my Honda Pilot, just as good as the photos they have. The installation instructions were VERY clear and easy to understand. The first bar took me some time (almost 2 hrs), but after that, the 2nd one took me less than 20 mins. So happy
