The Seller is great. In this case I understand it is E Bay s shipping process which has created a delay in my receiving my order. My order involved international transport from the USA to Canada. I understand E Bay moves such orders through its warehouse in Illinois. In my case I received an incorrect shipment. It is likely packages got mixed up at E Bay s warehouse, and I accept these things can happen. I was in contact with an E Bay agent who is working toward the fastest resolution possible.
