Item arrived with postage due. The seller only put 1.63 postage on a bubble pack with 2 flashlights in it. The carrier said I could pay 3.92 or refuse. I paid and send a photo of the writing on the envelope to the seller. They want a receipt. The postal worker doesn’t carry receipts. I should have just refused, my bad. But who thinks you can send 2 flashlights in a bubble pack cross country for 1.63.
