Shipping was fine but the item itself was defective. Every time I tried to stick the vinyl, it would either have air bubbles, not line up right or not stick properly. I contacted the seller and requested to ship the item back for a refund. I started the process and the seller respond due to the nature of the item, they don’t accept returns. Working now with eBay to ship the item back and get a refund. Avoid the product and avoid the seller. Product was Lexus gs350 black out vinyl

I got my product inside of a zip log bag and broken. I asked for a replacement and he wants me to pay for the dispatch. The product was supposed to come in a box with a protection since is a delicate stuff. Not happy at all. I Do not recommend this guy. Very unprofessional.
