Petrol hedge trimmer came broken. It was sent to me broken as the cutters were in the plastic wrapping but the broken handle was loose in the box! It wasn't packaged properly. I contacted the seller,they said it was such an inconvenience to send back and asked if I would like to keep the item and try and sell it on and they would refund £5 when it cost £99. They asked for it to be sent back packaged as new. I had no answer when I asked if that was so they could re sell it again. I was refunded!
