The part seems well made. The price was right. The packaging needs serious upgrading however. Somewhere enroute it tore through the envelope and the postal service had to reconstruct it completely just so it could continue on its journey which caused about a 5 day delay. This is why the shipping took so long. Something this heavy with sharp edges needs to be much better packaged.

I tried to return the item and eBay will not stand behind their customers. This is completely unacceptable eBay is suppose to have a money back guarantee and now I'm out money and shipping with a product I cant use. very unhappy with this experience.
