BUYER BEWARE!!! the clock was listed at $40.00 or BEST OFFER. I made an offer of $30.00 and seller declined. I made an offer of $39.00 and the seller counter offered $40.00. I declined. Then bought at buy it now. I was told that the face of clock is pristine. The face has two paint nicks, scratches and dings. Clock is a '63. Just because a used item is stored in an original Chevy box with a part # that is for a "64 does not make the item a '64. I ask that e bay look at listing and all messages.

This clock was clearly advertised as "PARTS ONLY," with detailed photos provided. We stated it did not work. While the buyer made low offers, there's nothing improper about selling for a value we deem appropriate. We believe it's a 64 clock, and we provided ample photos. The buyer has not requested a refund but left a negative review. Our 15+ years of 100% positive feedback show this was an anomaly.
