The item is excellent. Just as described. Unfortunately, I was supposed to get 4, but only received 3. Then the nightmare began. When contacted about being shorted 1 and requesting that they send me JUST 1 the emails began. They wanted numbers from the original packaging ( in the garbage and gone), photos to show 3 items received (stupid, huh?), and more emails. Finally, I received their replacement. Not 1, but 4. The emails continue on and on. They took something simple and made it difficult.
