For the price, this is a great bumper and carrier… The carrier came in a box that was not very well protected, comes in a separate box and it is very well protected with expansion foam and felt wrapping. I will say you do get what you pay for so the powder coating on this does come off very easy. Assembly and installation very straightforward and easy with simple hand tools, beginners might need help to install, cumbersome and heavy

As soon as I started talking about a refund they started talking about partial refund. Finally got the the shipping label with a bunch of hoops to jump through... We shall see. May have to leave a revised review. The first pic is my part the second was theirs, needless to say my plate lights will not fit their redition.
