Product arrived on time but was not as described. Display window was not attached to unit and lying in the bottom of the box. There was a heat blob in the lower left hand corner of the exposed quartz. Fan control button was extremely worn. The description said out of an 03-04 Avalanche, but the unit had it written that is was out of a same year Suburban. I requested a return, but did not hear back for a few days. However, I received a refund on May 31 for the total amount spent. Grade B

Part didn’t show shipped but did ship on time. And upon contacting seller they advised it shipped and provided tracking info. Parts were as pictured and well packaged. So overall great job on the sellers part. Not sure about why eBay showed it not shipped, but I was appreciative of the sellers quick response and tracking info.
