These guys are slow at what they do, as a vender you should be prompt with communication and shipping even if not shipped right away you should at least provide tracking numbers. Orders that I have placed the same day has been delivered or on the way here. I usually give venders a chance to make things right but when communication is not there tells me that they don't care. SMH
