Wheels were listed as “New other, A new, unused item with absolutely no signs of wear”. The wheels arrived and looked used and poorly refinished. They had dents, dings, rough spots, a crack, & chips & scratches in the finish. I re-packaged the wheels and shipped them back to the seller. The seller paid for return shipping and issued a refund.

One of the most dishonest person I have deal with wheels arrived to him brand new and he requested money back or will leave back review! I refunded him and he left me with a bad review
