Seller followed up on the problem with the crushed and open box that I received. They were concerned me receiving a product damaged product and were willing to make it right if Armrest center console was damaged in any way. They were also concerned with the delivery of the box being damaged and were will to find out what happened. Luckily the Armrest was not damaged.
