The first package arrived damaged (because of thin cardboard packaging), the seller refunded my cost and return shipping in additional sending another product. The second product was sent in the exact same package (thin cardboard package) thankfully this one was not damaged, but the entire process took longer and required more energy to get a new product shipped, return the original damaged product and get the refund. In the end, better to pay more and get it right the first time.
