This item is very poor quality!! First off it won’t fit the holes in the hood. The mounting studs are put in the wrong location. As far as the trim ring very uneven. You can see the thickness is very off without even trying to nitpick it. It would take hours to try to fix this to make it useable. This is something that you would not use to put on a car your restoring. If this is as good as it gets for a trim ring I’ll make my own. It will take less time to make one than fix this one. My 2 cents
