Perfect fit on my 01 forester, also it had an extra layer of sheet metal boxing in the crossmember compared to my factory one that is just one huge single folded sheet, the new one is boxed in in the center and fit perfectly no problems at all, completely identical other than the added layer for extra strength. I was definitely happy to notice that but it was probably a recall/upgrade or maybe for the newer years within the same part number range. Made my bushing replacement very simple n easy.
