Hitch came as promised. The packing was beat up but everything was there. Some modification was required as the hitch would not fit due to the receiver being bent and burred where the holes for the hitch pin were punched.

Very heavy duty product and well built. That said, a few things they did not mention in the description, and was not in the installation instructions. #1. If you have tow eyes on the front, you will need to figure out how to get the bolts back in as the bottom flange of the hitch is in the way. #2 If you have the stock driving lights, they will need to be removed and relocated as there is not clearance for them after the hitch is installed. #3 Had to relocate Lic Plate

    Tow-Hook too small for F-350.

    It doesn't fit a 1999 F-350. I don't know about F-250s. the Two-hook hole is too small and you need to trim or cut it a bit to make it work.
