I shop eBay for parts regularly and this is my worst experience. My part arrived damaged from being shipped almost completely unpackaged. “Gene” wanted to argue that he couldn’t see any damage while it was blatantly obvious. Took forever to issue a refund. Attached tracking to a different number so that it wouldn’t show that I had returned it promptly. I had to call eBay and get them involved. Buyers beware.

This is not at all what happened. Buyer stated item arrived damaged and sent a couple of blurry photos. Asked for photos of the alleged damage. Customer provided photos and we promptly sent a free return label. Customer complained about a refund. Showed no signs of shipment. Buyer shipped the item back and when it arrived we provided a full refund. Nonsense.
