The diffusor should come with installation instructions. But with some test fitting I was able to figure out a way to securely mount the diffusor without any screws showing. I would recommend using fender flare edge trim to fill in the gaps between the diffusor and the bumper. It is possible to align the diffusor without using the edge trim to aid, but it would require significantly more work with exhaust and / or bumper modification. Excellent product but needed the edge trim and instructions.
