Seller lost my package and claimed it had shipped. After 12 days they finally responded to my inquiries on why the item hadn't arrived, they had to take another week for shipping. Then they promised me a refund and I never received. When I received my item it had chipped paint and i had to reattach the lines on it. Absolute joke of a business

Item was the incorrect size(too small) although I plugged all vehicle information in and the system confirmed it as correct. Had them professionally installed just to find out it was wrong. I contacted Detroit Axle and a gentleman named Burt reached out to me personally via text and a phone call. He acknowledged their mistake and promptly set a new order to be shipped to me. The correct rotors were $30 more but they waived that price increase and offered them for free! Awesome service!!
