I ordered a plastic cover for my vehicles dashboard speaker. It warped from the sun within two days. So far its been a week and they have yet to refund me. They offered a partial refund and wanted me to pay for the return shipping. They first offered a 20% refund, then upped it to 30%. Ebay is stepping in and promises I will be protected, but this experience has been ridiculous.

Excellent product, strong, well made. I wish it would fit. It is too small for the bracket in my pool floor.
I need the inside piece to be 7 & 9/16 inches or (194 mm) wide. I have a close up photo of your drain cover being 7 & 7/16 inches or (188mm) wide, and placed over my drain cover so you can see the size difference. My screw holes are 7 inches apart. Please advise me if you sell this size or if you might be able to make it? Thank You
