Item came in quick delivery by FedEx. However the box was damaged. All the hardware was missing.
Contacted the company. They responded quickly. Mail me another one.
All in all I would say the company stood behind their policies. And I was quite satisfied.
There was an another issue. I The instructions are not totally correct they have it backwards on the assembly.
After a few attempts of assembly I finally realized it. The ramp should attach on the right side. Not left.

Unfortunately I received a defective headlight, contacted the seller but was advised to send a sku number , unfortunately I can’t find what they are asking for… spent 3 hours installing it to find out passenger side was faulty… here is the picture of the non functioning headlight… I don’t think aftermarket headlights are the go too… waste of money and time. Buyers beware.

Easy install. Packaging not as good as others I’ve ordered, but it did arrive in perfect condition. The lights seem to be of good quality and they are very bright. Perfect upgrade for the 07-13 Silverado if they hold up.
