The box was delivered crushed and ripped, parts were loose (when we laid the box down a nut fell out) and one nut was missing after parts were counted. Yes, it was probably abused in shipping, but better packing and shipping materials should have been used, including better tape. I'm not sure I would do business with this seller again.
