Part fit with a few tweaks and welds. Disappointed with the cut in the pipe to refit the pipe the gap was enormous clamp did not help started bubbling the pipe on the back creating a big air pocket. Ended up having to tweak and weld it. Although it was the correct part that I had ordered and shipping was extremely fast. Overall I was still happy. Good price can’t complain car sounds much better now.

Poor quality
Multiple reasons. First, the heat shield that bolts to the front of it has three bolts. The holes are drilled wrong so you can't bolt the heat shield onto it. Second, the flange is not welded straight that bolts to the exhaust pipe. I had to fight with it to even bolt up. When I started it, even with the gasket in there and the flange tight, it leaks. Going to try exhaust paste to seal up the joint, but not sure that's even going to work. Multiple reasons. First, the heat shield that bolts to the front of it has three bolts.
