Big Switch - High Quality, Very Useful
This is a solid product, made to last a long time. I think it is made in Italy, (Not China). I have these on all my heavy equipment and it gets the job done. It comes with useful hardware (To mount the bracket to the switch, to mount the entire switch and bracket assembly to something, and the nuts, washers to attach the power lead ring terminals to the switch poles) Here are some great points: a) It disconnects the battery so you don't have any parasitic loads that will drain the battery as the machines sit. b) depending on how you install it, you can use it as a theft deterrent (I have the disconnect under a lockable hood) c) It can be used as a lock-out tag-out when doing service on the machine.
