The quality of the Bracket is good and strong, as for the bolts and the insert-sleaves, they do not fit in the big bolt, two of the bolt heads will not counter-sink into the bracket. I had to grind down the bolt heads to fit and drill the insert- sleave in order for it to fit over the big bolt.
