This SELLER used a "Bait & Switch Sales Tactic" on me. Here's what happened: I ordered 2 of the Advertised 23.00 SEER 2-ton ACEKOOL Mini-Split Air Conditioners from their Store on E-Bay, known as POPLICKY. I Paid Extra to get the 23.00 SEER units over the Standard 19.00 SEER units. They arrived in about 4 days, brought by UPS and FedEx.
