The customer never reached out to us nor opened any kind of request. Regardless, we reached out to them inquiring about whether they can send us photos showing the actual shipping packaging having been damaged. The customer sadly was unwilling to corroborate their claim and we unfortunately didn't have anything to work with here, in spite of our best efforts.

This was the best product that exactly duplicated the original emblem I had on my Mercedes from the factory, same quality and workmanship of the original, but at four times less the cost of the dealership.
