I sent a message that I bought 8 injectors but only got 6. It was during business hours on Friday and your out of office message came back to me immediately on Friday at 2:25.
You did not fill the order properly. Now you want me to wait to Monday before I contact you again. This is unacceptable. This is bad service that deserves negative feedback.
I would not do this if you followed your own rules and guidelines. It’s okay to close weekends. 2:25 Friday is not the weekend.
