I am going to use this for a safety system on an old tractor. I intend to drag reasonably heavy trailers with it, and need to be able to make drivers behind me aware of my intensions. with this I can get saftey corner lighting and with a flasher fuse added I can put in hazard lights and turn signals. this is an all in one unit for me. it is a typical unit for its type, not expensively built, but that was not what I bought it for. I need function, and this unit will give it to me.

I have used this type of turn signal on four cars and trucks so far and have had absolutely no problem with the installation or reliability. I recommend it highly to anyone needing a budget priced turn signal unit.

Nice cheap turn signal.
I bought and installed on my golf cart to get it street legal. It's not very clean as far as the looks quality, red hazard pull knob had black in the plastic looked burned somehow. And the chrome casing around the switch mechanism didn't really match up. So if your building a nice hot rod probably look for something else, but for like what I'm using it for it really didn't matter a lot. It works and was easy to hook up and cheep.I bought and installed on my golf cart to get it street legal. Other than I'm using this switch for a 6 volt system it will work out fine. some day I'll change it over to 12 volts and it should be just fine.

Inexpensive option for the hobbyist.
It's OK for a cheap option for a turn signal switch. the problem I had with my first one is that the hazard light switch quit working after a couple months, although the turn signals still worked. I decided to buy another one and see if this one works better, if not I will get a different brand.

Nice upgrade on my dune buggy
Way better than the old switch on the dashboard method nice solid metal construction, I did have to use a diode. The flashing light on the switch to work correctly but it wasn't a big deal. Easy to do, it was because the signal relay didn't work like it should? Or maybe I just had it wired wrong? Either way, I got it to work by having the diode wired into the blue wire and having that go to left and right turn signal switch. Perfect, the 12v diod was like 50cents lol, I love this switch, makes driving alot more pleasant! And no more accidentally leaving my turn signal on! I used a piece of PVC pipe to go around the steering wheel shaft to make a steering column to mount this to, easy installation, and sits nice and firmWay better than the old switch on the dashboard method nice solid metal construction, I did have to use a diode.
