The Chevrolet tailgate bowtie looked very nice, but the adhesive that came with it was absolute trash. Make sure you get some 3M adhesive tape to replace what it comes with or you will certainly loose it. I tried the adhesive that it came with and it just fell off. Over all, I was pleased with the badge, but they certainly used the cheapest adhesive they could find. Only reason for the 4 star rating.

The quality of the emblem itself is acceptable. The contact backing is NOT- for one thing is too thin and is not sticky enough for good bonding. I was able to use the emblem after attaching 3M super strength molding tape #03609. The surface was thoroughly cleaned, FYI before attaching the emblem.
