Perfect replacement
Perfect fit and function for a 2016 cx5. My 6 yr old was playing and broke the latch. This was a quick and easy fix. All you need is a flat item, such as a flathead screw driver, a punch pin, and hammer to do the installation. The screwdriver is to pop the plastic housing in the center console out (carefully of course) by working the clasps; you can then separate the housing. The punch pin and hammer is to carefully remove the pin that houses the latch from the piece you removed. You just then reassemble with the new latch (placing the spring and pin back in) and snap the console back in. 5 to 10 minute repair easily. Excellent replacement
Latch Lock worked perfectly! The only issue was the length of time to receive it. For an item this small sending US mail would have been the best option. Using UPS to US mail center caused a very lengthy delay in receiving.
