overall a good experience that ended well. the shipper sent the first car antenna in a manila envelope without any cardboard backing and without writing "do not bend" on the envelope. The USPS wasted no time in bending the antenna in half and shoving it down my mail chute. I contacted the seller who resent an antenna and added cardboard backing and wrote "do not bend !!" on the envelope. the new antenna arrived in great shape undamaged by the USPS.
