So here it is, they told me my package was delivered but i have a camera system and no package was delivered. After i told them there was no package they told me to wait seven days and get back to them. I didnt make it back to them in seven days and when i look up order history it says closed. Here is my concern I pay for a product, I dont receive it and then I get put on a deadline for which i am to respond back about the complaint i already made

I had to bend one of the hangers to fit perfectly. The hanger was welded wrong. I did had a mini induction tool to heat the metal bar hanger to bend. The item works well and no problem.
