I bought two of these batteries. Completely charged both batteries and used both batteries. When recharging the batteries one of the batteries will not recharge completely. The charge level on battery shows 50% charge. I used the battery again and the battery lasted less than 10 minutes. Tried recharging again and got the same results as before. Now I am dealing with customer support, and they are not being reasonable. I am just trying to return the battery for full refund at this point.
