Arrived prior to projected date, packing was very good as it as wrapped and spray-foamed for stability and safety. The bumper shows great quality and condition complete with a nice textured paint job. The only item on it that wasn't perfect was one of the holes for the shackles isn't perfectly horizontal to the ground. So, the shackle hangs a bit off a vertical axis so someone with a keen eye for perfection might notice it. I'm sure it will still work fine and no one will complain if towed.
