I have a 2011 Town & Country 3.6l and I had to cut some sheet metal from tailgate to get this part to fit (wasn't a big deal). The top of mechanism is slightly larger than original. It wouldn't sit flush to screw it down with t-30 torx screws. The latch works great though and I'm happy with it.
