    Screws Bottom out into Roof

    Roof Rack arrived on time in great condition, it fits great (now) and looks Great on my brand new 2020 Toyota 4 Runner TRD Off Road! *** Unfortunately *** The screws provided to attach roof rack to the Production Toyota Cross bars are WAY TOO LONG! “CAUTION” When you tighten the screws down, they Bore into your roof and remove the paint!!! (Its really hard to notice until tightened down) I now have DISGUSTING Chipped Paint from where the screws bored in the Roof of my NEW 4 Runner!!! NOT PLEASED and there is ZERO mention of this in the instructions!!! The manufacturer needs to include a set of SPACERS with a Special CAUTION to ensure this does NOT happen to the next customer!!! Somebody owes me a couple THOUSAND Dollars to correct my roof!
