Holes do line up, but the pan requires a little "frenching".
Like the title reads, the holes lined up fine for me. I used the BOP one-piece oil pan gasket and everything lined up. When I bolted the pan to the engine, the driver's side rear required a little "frenching" as they call it. I used a 2x4 wooden block and tapped the pan flat to the block. I also used the block on the timing chain cover area. This is a simple install if using an engine stand. If the engine is in your Pontiac and you're swapping oil pans, I'd buy the Milodon brand oil pan. Also, take the time to clean your oil pan bolts... you'd be amazed at how much simpler this makes your install.Like the title reads, the holes lined up fine for me.
