I am so disappointed in my transaction, since I ordered something that was really necessary for my car, and I expected to receive the item on time and correctly with the description, but in my purchase my item never arrived, I contacted the seller and he supposedly sent it new, but so far it has 20days and I have not received any item, I am really disappointed, the seller refunded my money but I expected my item not a refund.

Avoid this seller at all cost! Very poor communication, slow shipping and no attention to what they are doing. It took 2 weeks to receive the item and when I did get it, it was the wrong item...not even close to what I purchased! Seller would not respond and I had to get eBay to issue refund. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Wrong part all together, the seller wants to argue and say it's the right part when I'm looking right at it, this has caused an issue because I own the business and have to explain to the customer now that it will be longer before they get their motorcycle back. Poor customer service. The pic's are what they sent, nothing like what's on the site. And then ask me what's the difference, lol really
