This product had an issue, BUT... I don't think it was related to the seller. The actual item had a solder defect, I had about an hour of extra effort to get the pins in the correct location in order to MAKE it work! Probably just a one off that made it out of QC, and shouldn't have. Like I said though, not the seller's fault, just a manufacturing issue on this particular product.

since the first review was made, the company has reached out and gave me the option of a refund or to receive the product again, to avoid any frustration again the refund was issued and I am satisfied with that result. although i was very much a fan of the product and it went well with my car build, I hope others have had a better outcome with their product and who knows I may try it again in the future if I am unable to find a better alternative.
