The $5 sticker got lost in the mail. I contacted the seller after two weeks. There were two options send a message or notify the item did not arrive. I put the non-arrived button the seller apologize for the inconvenient. Then he questioned me that why I opened a case, then he called me on a Wednesday 10pm to inform me what he already did on the message then he sends me another message asking me to close the case once I receive the item. The client is always right too much hassle for a sticker

you can't please everyone, thought a phone call would be more personal, and to apologize for the lost item and to inform him i had already sent a replacement with tracking and uploaded the tracking into ebay for him - was met with a bunch of hostility on why i called him, i guess some people do not want to communicate, if you ever have a problem with a sale, call your selling partner, so much easier than messages and cases
