We purchased these tires with impression that they were all- season based on the description provided by the seller. After installing the tires on our vehicle we were prompted to do further research which uncovered the fact that they are actually SUMMER tires. I contacted the seller Chad to discuss a refund and compensation for the installation fees (who was extremely rude and told me to GO F MYSELF). This is a case of Bait and Switch so we will file an ebay dispute and lawsuit if necessary.

We do our very best to keep things professional, but when you send us a message right off the bat threatening us, falsely accusing us, and then cussing us out as well when were attempting to explain to you the situation on the phone, sometimes tempers can get the better of people. We apologize that we let anger get the best of us, but we did call you again to better discuss what happened (left a voicemail) and you never called us back.
