Item received was not as described in the listing. After discussing with the seller their intent was to send the correct item through a seperate shipment. Opened a refund case with Ebay when no update received. Seller reached out soon after to urge me to close case and also provided a new tracking number. I then closed the case. The shipment details/payment were changed after the fact making the item undeliverable as per FedEx. Seller took advantage of my inexperience with Ebay case policy.
